Chicks dying . . . no idea what to do

You can add some apple cidar vinagar to the water about a tablespoon to a quart of water.

do you have a thermometer in your brooder? I had a similar issue last summer - of 26 I lost 10. It was heartbreaking.

ooh, I don't know if it is time or egg yolk or yogurt or what, but the two are perking up. If we're past this and the rest survive, I guess we can consider it a lesson in hatchery chicks.

Thank you so much everyone for your help! Not confident to say it's all over, yet, but the two that were looking sickly have perkect up. Feeling better and not quite so much like we're going to watch my daughter's whole little flock die.
