Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

( Has answered all her posts for once....waits giddily for someone to respond..:wee )
(For me, it's been really busy day. I've only had time to pop in here and there. So now it's after 12 and I'm to tired to form a cohesive thought. So I'm sorry, but you'll have to wait a bit longer for my replies. I'll try to answer tomorrow. :th

Casey nodded then gave her a small smile. "You be careful too. I don't want to see you get hurt either." He said then dipped his head and turned to go to his room and shower.

(I am going to let this drop unless you want to keep these two going after their showers, just let me know. )

Leah took the sunscreen and spread it on her arms, torso, and legs. She then looked to him tentatively, before handing him the sunscreen and asking quietly, rather shyly, “Could you put some on my back please?” She was taking more and more steps to normal behavior, and this was a large one. It would be the first time someone had touched her skin in a long time, aside from their former kiss.

William nodded and took the bottle of sunscreen with a smile. He moved to sit behind her and brushed her hair gently over one of her shoulders. He poured out some sunscreen onto his hands and then began rubbing in into her shoulders first before doing the rest of her back. "I am probably over doing it on the amount here but I am not taking any chances on you getting burned." He said with a chuckle as he finished up and moved to put the bottle away in his bag.

"Yeah, I'd love to see it," Zaine said, smiling with enthusiasm. Hearing her question, he sobered slightly. He turned the page slowly to avoid meeting her gaze and answering immediately. He chose his words carefully, and replied with cautious measure. "No, I don't ever wish to go back and yes, most days I do hate what has been done. But wishing and wanting won't change the fact that what happened happened, so I'm trying to be content with where I am now. It's not easy, certainly." He glanced up briefly. "What about yourself?"

Lyra understood his outlook on things, it made sense. "Would I prefer to go back and be a normal human, maybe. When Ryker took me it was the closet thing I had to a home and a family. While I don't like what became of it, I do not hate him for what hes done. He probably had a good reason for doing what he did, one that I won't try to understand. But I am happier here then I ever was in my previous years, far happier then when I was human. And I wouldn't be able to be here if I was human. So I suppose that is one good thing that came out of it." She said looking at him, she didn't want to sound crazy like she had been drinking the cool aid but it was truly how she saw it.

(No worries you get your rest and answer when you can. I was just so proud of myself for getting 'em all answered! )

Leah’s back immediately tensed, and she grew nervous. But after a few seconds, she grew calmer and relaxed her body. She giggled softly at his comment and also like herself. She laughed “I look like a vampire, don’t I?” She flashed her sharp canines for effect, leaning in as if she was about to bite his neck, opening her mouth slightly and craning towards it with a smile.

Victor ran his fingers through his hair, replying “No. You just can’t handle caffeine like a proper adult.” He smiled at his teasing her.
Lucy scoffed, disbelieving of that statement. "Me? Not able to handle caffeine? Pfft." She waved a hand, as if pushing the ridiculous thought away. She began to walk off but turned around once more to face him. "Wait. There's caffeine in tea? I never knew that! That would explain..." With that realization settled in, she burst out laughing, made all the more loud by the caffeine.
