Haley concern was growing but was soon eased as she saw a couple walking of a building. She gave Amaryllis an indication to wait and then she hurried across the street to talk to them.
"Hi," she said a bit shyly, not having been around civilians—with the exception of the hunter—for so many years. "My friend is really sick and we can't seem to find any signs of life here, except for you two of course," she explained, worry obvious on her face.
The man looked to the woman, who nodded slightly, before he replied. "There's a hotel at the end of the street," he told her before quickly hurrying his lady along. Haley thanked them and returned to Amaryllis. "Hotel is this way. Can you make it?" She asked.
