Chimes....Love them or hate them?

Some I love some are annoying. I plan on putting some on my chicken tractor.

They're only slightly less annoying than wind socks and those painted plywood cut-outs of people bending over in the garden.

I like the smaller ones. I don't like the big BONG BONGs myself. We don't actually own a set though.

Have about 10 windchimes on the back of the house. Like them most of the year. But usually during the first winter windstorm I get very irritated with them keeping me up at night. So there is a 2am, in the middle of the storm, ripping down the chimes, and throwing them on the ground party. You are all invited this November.

Oh my hate em hate em hate em. Ex had a bunch of them they would never cease the infernal clap clap clap.

Oh yikes!!! They were mostly metal with clappers in them. I found a bunch magnets and stuck the clappers to the metal housing.

Can still here the ding a dinga dinga in my sleep. LOL

Yep no ghosts here. Nothing wrong with me, normal as can be. A wind chime putting me in a frenzy is just fine.

i also like the ones that are rain chimes... they are little metal cup like things that you stick in your garden or wherever...and as the rain hits them they make soft musical tones...
