We just had our first pip! This is the first batch of eggs I've ever put in an incubator, I'm more nervous and anxious than I was waiting for my child to be born.

Congratulations! Any out yet?

Still waiting ....... checked the temp, it was a little low, 96. So I cranked it up a hair. Maybe they're just late hatchers?

Such a bummer, anything yet?

We seem to be having a huge problem hatching lately, every thing is going great until the 29th day, we have a lot that never pip.... Any ideas? Also, when do we know if pipping for them is the only option left?

No chicks yet on our end. I did hear them peep last night when I added water to raise the humidity. I expect we'll see some pipping today.

Yeah! Our very first chick! I've never done this before and didn't know if it would work, but how exciting! We still have 32 eggs to go.
