City Rooster finding his voice

We ended up with a male from our straight run birds in June. The city ordinance doesn't allow for roosters, so he needs to find a new home.

Breed: Blue Copper Maran
Age: Approx. 5 months
Demeanor: A bit skittish, but very friendly and not aggressive yet.

I can't ship him for obvious reasons, but I am willing to travel up to 100 miles to aid in the rehoming of this bird. I live near Detroit. I've already contacted many farms in our area to no avail. Please help if you can!! Thanks!

I'd love to take him if you could get him to GA somehow! But I understand that it would be a difficult thing to do.
