Help I'm stumped.

All started several months ago. One of my one year old Buffs had this water like diarrhea. I isolated her in a cage for a week, treated with Sulmet. All seemed to get better. Now a few others have this "water" diarrhea. They occasionally sneeze, one honks like a goose, and one has a very dirty bottom can't seem to keep her "bottom fluff" nice anymore.

I've treated the whole flock with Sulmet last month for a 5 days like the bottle says and still they keep having water diarrhea.

What should I do next?

Looks like I may have several things going on but they all seem to move about, peck and eat and drink fine. The ones that are sick tend to be on the lighter side for weight but don't want it to get worse.

Any suggestions appreciated.

In the summer, a lot of chickens get hot and drink a ton of water. As a result, they have very watery, clear-ish diarrhea. all mine are doing it right now with it being 98 degrees out.

Thanks, that is reassuring.
