I have a Buff Orpington (hatched around June 2) that has diarrhea, not eating, and today no longer drinking. Her crop felt somewhat "squishy", with some grit, and a few larger "lumps". Definitely not hard or enlarged. She did expel clear liquid earlier today (once). She is isolated in my house and she did lay an egg today. Her diarrhea is white/cream/yellow-ish with the normal dark brown more solid in it. I guess you could say that it would probably look normal if it was "solid" and not runny. I am getting the things together to give her some liquid. I have been massaging her crop. What else should I do? Thanks in advance for your help! I noticed yesterday that she was isolating herself and then I noticed the diarrhea and I isolated her in the house. My other five chickens are all acting normal. I just offered her some water and some of the layer pellets wet down and she did take some drinks and tried one bite.

I mixed up the electrolyte recipe and mixed that with some of her layer pellets. She just sampled it. I have been putting the water bowl up to her beak and she has taken a few drinks. I scrambled her an egg and she took just a few bites of that. I will post a picture of her poop and try to get a better picture tomorrow.

I don't have any fruit on hand. My husband is going to run out tomorrow and get me some things for her. This is as good of a picture I have right now, but I will get another one in the morning.

The white/cream/yellow-ish is runny and the dark looks to be more "solid-ish" . I will have him get some apple tomorrow. My other five chickens are fine. I just went out to the coop and checked the run and the floor of the coop and all the poop that is there is normal. What else should I have him pick up tomorrow? I felt her crop this morning and it didn't feel empty. It felt kind of squishy with some grit and a couple of larger lumps in it. It was not hard, though. And her or her poop doesn't stink. She laid an egg today. She also expelled some clear liquid earlier today. I have been massaging her crop today. I will feel it again in the morning and post my findings. I'm trying to decide if I should use a dropper to get more water in her, too. And if you know of anything else I should have my husband get tomorrow, that would be great! Thank you for taking the time for me! I really appreciate it!

The dropping in post 5 has yellow urates which can be a sign of ascites or liver disease. That can occur with a reproductive disorder or infection, egg yolk peritonitis, liver disease, water belly, and cancer in egg layers.
