Dumped on city street. No roos permitted in city. Very healthy, eats well, droppings normal, no external parasites, very calm. Is in isolation so no risk to your flock. I can keep him until quarantine over, and he's bigger & more cold hardy. Red, clean-legged. To a home where he will be protected... I will drive reasonable distance.

Thank you so much for this! I know nothing about computers & attaching (?) photos.
Above "Write your reply" next to the smiley face there is a little picture. Click on that and click "Drop Image." Then it should take you to your PC. Click "Pictures" on the left side. There should be your pictures and you click on the one that you want then click "open." That should bring you back here and once it's uploaded, click "Post reply."
I don't know if you can make any sense of what I just said. I always go through my computer to do photos, but my tablet is set up different. I hope that what I said helps, but if it doesn't, that's ok. :)

I live 1.5 hrs south of Pittsburgh, Pa and am looking for a nice, calm protective fella to take care of my 15 girls. They are quite spoiled, have a enclosed run and are still laying daily.

He's still a baby; has bits of down, still, mainly on head & neck. If you would take him, I can meet you--I really don't want to have to kill him. He's currently in a large dog crate in my basement, well cared for. It's very cold for a young bird, so if you'd like I can keep him until he's a bit bigger. Please let me know, as I've watched videos of the No-crow collars on roos, and the level of noise they can still make just won't cut it here. I would love to find the little guy a spoiled home. He's very calm at this point; loves to hop out of his crate when I'm doing maintenance, and give a few wing flaps. Easy to pick up & put back in, or just let him hop back in. Let me know what you think! Thanks you!
I have him on medicated chick starter, and he his in excellent health, still. I don't know how to privately message you my telephone number...e-mail is : [email protected]
