Ok lets try this here goes luck...

1) are you alive? Yes, wait no pulse still there thank the lord

2) do you live in the US? Yes the great mountains of WV and thank God and the Soldiers who fight to keep it safe here

3) do you get mail service either to your house or a post office box? Mail to the front door daily between 10:1045 except snow days (lol)

4) do you love birds? (especially cutie pies?) Yes all Birds, as bad as i hate to say this even the red tail hawk even if he has snagged a chick from the yard (he does have grace as he dives)

5) do you have, or will you have within the next 3 weeks, the appropriate housing for them? Have a 20X40 barn enclosed with chicken wire seperated in lots and 8 fly pens for my guineas and chickens

6) are you coturnix-free at the present time? YEs so the Dr says(lol)

7) do you promise to "pay it forward" at your earliest opportunity? Yes and promise to double the offer and see if it can continue to double with every pay it forward.(would that be great for the 5-6 person in line)

I can say yes to all of the ?'s. I would definately love and appreciate to get the eggs and would especailly pay it forward. But i have to say i am not "desperate" for them, So if there is anybody else out there that needs them more than i do, i would give it to them.

yeah we live 15+ miles out side of town .

Well I can answer yes to all the questions. Just bought a farm and been doing more work on pens then the house, which is a foreclosure so needs work after the former owners decided to do a little decorating before having to move (bright pink walls everywhere and a plugged up bathtub upstairs with water left running for days) Loveloy mess. But anyways, I have bought eggs from a swap and online but out of 40 eggs I have only 1 showing any signs of life and it is day 14. Afraid I am not going to have any babies. I would even be happy to split the eggs with the person not wanting them all. PLEASE, kids are looking forward to having babies around.

I would really like to try raising quail, but I don't have any good reasons as to why you should give them to me except for I want them??

Not that good of a reason, and I've seen lots of great posts from others who are very deserving!

Just wanted to say I have some of Tori's grandquail , they started laying a couple weeks ago and are beautiful!
