Did I word it wrong?
They're hatching now but haven't quite pipped, cause isn't pipped when they've made the little whole? Right now it's basically just a dent in the shell.

Imprisoned one chick for picking on his siblings, not the funky looking polish only the ones that look exactly like him!

Is that all you need to do? The first hatched chick seems to pick on the younger ones a bit.

Interesting thing is I'm pretty sure this was the last chick to go into the brooder, not the youngest though I did it in a really weird order .
In a few days I may try letting him out but he was non stop pecking at the other's eyes, interrupting them while they ate or drank, and causing their eyes to turn very red which makes them even more tempting to pick at...
I haven't had chicks picking on each other since my very first silkie babies which had awfully tempting black toe nails.
