cobwebs in the coop

Anyone doing this experiment of removing cobwebs?

I'm finding fewer. Not sure yet if that just the difference between removing a couple year's accumulation v a week's worth or actually fewer with each cleaning. But it makes sense that if you disrupt the food chain the spiders will move on to greener pastures.

Fingers crossed but my coop and run are looking better.

It doesn't work here. I knock down the same spiderwebs every single day in the spring and summer. My chicken coop is in a small grove of trees, and I always carry a stick with me, knocking the webs down through the trees, and in the coop. They keep rebuilding every day.
