It won't do any harm to worm them at all. I've never used the Aquasol, due to the cost, but at the correct dosing it should be effective.
I was about to make a similar post when I felt deja vu... same RIR around the same time of year is shedding lots of intestinal lining in her overnight poops again. I'm wondering of this can be a cycle thing? She seems to always go through this for a few weeks in transitional phases (in and out of molt and in and out of laying).

This round I treated with corid (though I didn't suspect it) and valbazen but there haven't been changes. She eats, drinks, preens, and scratches normally, but has these concerning poops at night. Hoping, like last time, the problem will just resolve on its own. She is now 4.5 y/o.

It could be. I've a couple of molting birds that may be doing the same thing intermittently. Since they don't always eat normally, or well, during molt, then I would think digestive issues could happen. As long as she's acting well otherwise, I would just keep an eye on her.

She's acting fine and eating a lot. I swear she's been a real intestinal shedder all her life (always during transitional periods, usual Fall/Spring) The vet never finds anything in her fecal sample. Anyway, thanks for your note--I will keep calm while also an eye on her.

Just for a learning add to this post, if you drip some hydrogen peroxide on the red poop and it bubbles, it’s blood. If not, it’s lining.
Pretty sure HP will bubble on contact with about any tissue.
...and doesn't intesstinal lining contain some blood anyway?

Try it, it works! A vet tech taught me it.
Peroxide will bubble on a lot of things. Blood is one of them.
Go get some fresh normal poop out of your poop tray and drop some Peroxide on it, it will very likely bubble.

Now, Peroxide is great for helping get blood out of clothing, just rub it in and let it help dissolve/lift the blood from the material before throwing in the washing machine.

Agree. It also is a good way to tell if it’s intestinal lining or blood.
