Coccidiosis or intestinal shedding ??!

13 weeks old I pretty sure was my Roo, found this in coop this morning should I go ahead and treat for coccidiosis or intestinal shedding or is it possibly tomato ??

It looks like a tomato but keep me posted and if it continues then treat it

I ended up seeing him poop fresh in front of my and unfortunately it was definitely intestinal shedding of some sort I went ahead and gave corrid treatment/prevention to be safe.
