Cochin Bantams and Frizzle Cochin Bantams!!

Question:
On Bantam Cochin Frizzles, how can you tell the difference between a pullet and a cockerel?
I have one that was supposedly a pullet, but she's almost a year old and not laying yet.
(the reason she didn't start laying last year can be easily explained, but she seems mature, so I'm not sure whether she's laying somewhere I can't find the eggs or whether she's a he)
Anyway, any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!! =D

I wish I knew so I could help youD=

Okay:
This is just the other day.

Same day, different angle.

About a month to a month and a half ago (about ten months old)

a few weeks before the one above.

Age: about two months (give or take); they were all feathered out by this point.

This one was just a couple of months ago too.

This was a little while after the two month picture (about two and a half to three months old)

Same time as the one above

What do you think?

By a year if she were male, you should of got a crow, trying to mate or something. Males and females look distinctly different also, so by this point yous should be able to look at it comb, feather, waddle wise and tell just by that. I would say at a year she should be laying, but I have had some chickens that have/are taking forever to mature. But I would bet she is just hiding the eggs

While my gut says pullet, I am pretty sure my gut is wrong lol. "her" comb is much larger as are her wattles than my pullets. Here is a picture of my cockerel

Yeah, looking at the pictures of your cockerel makes me lean toward cockerel more.
I hope she's been hiding eggs. I hope she disappears in a week or so, then comes back with a half a dozen or so little peeps in tow!!!!
If she's hiding eggs, she hasn't convinced the other hens to hide theirs with hers, so they'll all be Banty eggs. I'm getting the right number of the right color of eggs considering the sex hens I have.
