Cochin Frizzle bantam male or female

I think its a roo my cochins are hens and their combs are much smaller and they are at POL.

have you figured it out? I am sooooo confused about mine and they are about the same age.

I still have no idea I am leaning more towards a roo but still haven't seen/heard any evidence. The comb is still not red. The waiting game is still going on.

He is just a slow developing roo there is no doubt

The coloring is true to the picture. This is what he looks like now, I am agreeing maybe slow maturing male. I don't have any to compare him to. He is 13 weeks now. No crowing either.

Have you come to a conclusion yet? I have one (now 10 weeks) that looks just like yours.

Still don't know. He/she hasn't crowed or layed an egg. it is 16 weeks old now. Here is a recent picture any guesses now? Its wattles are bigger than my barred rock girls but the comb is the same size. It doesn't act like a roo. I have another roo that it didn't grow up with and it doesn't pick a fight at all.
