got some more pic's, he looks like he will have the best shape to him. The hen is ok but would like her to have more of a "but bump". i am thinking this roo waighs a goo 8+ pounds.

he is US line, not hatchery, but i don't know what line.

I am working on a new color of cochin I salmon and blue salmon. I call them salmon because they are very much like my salmon faverolles. My question is the chicks are born looking silver penciled and then turn red. Does anybody have any idea why? They are pure cochin because I never crossed them with anything. Both parents of the original birds were good quality.

Chicks from the adults pictured. If you notice in the picture theses chicks were all silver underneath but turning salmon.
Any imput is welcome.

I know you probably don't want to disclose your breeding secrets at this point in time, but it might help if you could tell us a bit about the gene pool they come from.
