Beautiful!

I've got Bantam cochins hatching in my incubator, a few that are several days old in the brooder, 4 that are 1.5 months old and outside, and 10 chicks coming next week.
I've got 1 LF cochin rooster (black), one blue chick, and 16 chicks coming next week.

Sooo excited! I'm loving looking at all these pictures

Now, let me say...sometimes I am not the best at sexing birds. There are the obvious ones that show their true nature early on and then there are those slow subtle ones. The subtle ones catch me second guessing myself all the time. Bobbie got this bird from me at Erin's Swap on June 18th.

Bobbie, I just looked to be certain and my records has the older hatch that I sold that day as a hatch date of April 22nd. Good Friday. That would make "Sterling" 17 weeks old as of August 19th. "Sterling" was already 2 months old when you got the bird. I remember this bird well because I had changed my mind and something was telling me to keep it. I was carrying it around like a pet once business calmed down at the swap.

But you know how it is for vendors at swaps...the bottom line...need to pay the feed bill.

Anyway...Bobbie would like your comments on "Sterling" Thanks
