What kind of color pattern on a male Partridge is good for breeding good lacing on females? - red on the breast? I have some girls with pretty clear lacing and although I love the color of the males too I don't really have room now for two breeding lines. I'll get some pics of the girls up soon.

Check out the CI forum large mottled pages 2 and 3. Tom, Bo, and I think Matt commented on choices to use when breeding Partridge. I have not hatched many yet so I am not much of a resource yet. When in doubt contact Tom or Matt for good advice on Partridge breeding.
