honestly it depends on who you're buying from and the quality of the birds. you should go with someone that can help you pick out something good
Well I have been showing poultry for the past seven years, so I am pretty sure I know what I am looking for. I was just wondering about peoples experiences with the birds from a health standpoint. Are the birds that you have gotten from there healthy? Are there typically some high quality birds there?

For the person looking for bantam Red Cochins. The winner at Crossroads was Richard and Margaret Andree of Brownsdale Minnesota. They also had the "Butterscotch" birds that drew lots of attention.
