Wow, the spalsh hens and blue and mystery colour roosters are absoulutly brilliant, so pretty!
Having massive group photo of bantam cochins are unusual on this thread, I wonder why?.............. I'd really love to see one!

Its been 21 days since the hen sat on my b cochin eggs, I don't see or hear any chicks

for me, it's because i'm wanting to breed pure colors. so my birds don't mix much except as chicks, or during the off season when i'm eating the eggs not hatching.

i'm guessing it might be the same for many.

the look like every other cochin chick, except the comb and wattles will be more developed as they get older. you can usually tell by about 8 weeks old.
