One of my son's lil black mottled frizzles...broody lil girl.

My son's roo....he was on alert so not th best pic, but any thoughts on him?

Just thought I'd share a few of our Mille Fleur bantam cochin project birds. We just acquired a black rooster from Jamie Matts and will be using him in hopes of improving type. We will loose color but can come back to that after type has been improved.

My personal choice would be a good typed Matt McCammon or Judy Gaant mottled male rather than a Black because I foresee fewer pattern issues down the road with a Mottled than a Black. Good Luck

A better picture of Eloise...Was told she was 4 months, I think she is a little older...any critiques? Keep her for breeding or pet?
She is my first Cochin, so I have lots and lots to learn, but eager to do so.

Eloise is adorable! Congrats!!! She is a Barred Cochin. Very beautiful! I would keep her because of her cuteness....
