I'd say pet Cochin cross and if its a Cochin color maybe mottle or a splash but I don't think it's a Cochin color.

Yes, the brown headed one is a partridge. As it starts to feather in, it will get a brown barred pattern.

Not barred, penciled..........if the pattern is correct.

Those differences where true on mine. I bought 5 at a week old & knew I had 2 pullets & 2 roos before they was two weeks. That 5th one was the sneeky one & he looked like a pullet but in another couple days he looked like a lil roo.

One of my standard Cochin hens fetherd out slowly but I think she's a pullet no pointy tail. No crowing yet and the 3 months

How old can you tell?

This looks pretty accurate, and as far as age goes, the chart tells you the age at each stage. It's important to make the observations at the ages listed since they are charging almost by the hour when this young.
