How in the world did you find out so quickly?

As luck would have it I took a couple pictures for a Poultry Press Ad last night when I got home.

Congrats Tom on your win! I wish I could have met you and talked with you, but I couldnt seem to find you. Tammy (Mountain Laurel Poultry) and I starting a breeding project together. We'll be using the Black that she bought from you over my hens to increase size and a bettershaped cushion in the offspring

Thanks! He's pretty impressive in person too!
I see you are in KY, whereabouts? Are we close? I live in Southern Indiana, near Corydon. I love your white roos on your BYC page! I am looking to get some white cochin bantams this spring~ Or at least when I cut down some of my numbers here!

Sorry its taken so long to get back to you. Been a long week, and been having issues with the internet. I am not to far from you, around 3 hrs I think. I have family that lives in Corydon and Pekin. Im in southern Ky, about 30 miles from the Tn state line. If you have ever heard of Lake Cumberland, that is where I am. But sadly, I do not have any birds at this time. Due to some health and personal issues a few years ago I had to sale all my birds. I will have birds again soon, but only in White. I want to breed Lavender as well. My goal is to breed quality White, Red, and Lavender Cochin Bantams in Frizzle and Smooth. But keep in touch, you never know what could happen till then.

Congrats Joanie! When I saw you pick up a couple of those auctions the other night, it reminded me that you had said a couple of weeks ago that you had your 'bator up and running again!

I'm in need of a new blue mottled roo. He's done with his molt and i don't think he's actually a mottled. More just a disqualified blue. I'll have to get another from my breeder friend.

Me too! I almost bought them. Got shipping quotes and everything. But, for once, I exercised some self-control. It doesn't happen often.
