Just to save any confusion I think that is Norman and Karl Rau and that is an excellent bloodline.

I'm still looking for some excellent quality black bantams to put with my old rooster. I will be going to the show in Sedalia, MO in Oct. and could meet someone and pick them up there.

I'd like to get a couple pullets or young hens and an unrelated cockerell, just in case my old gent doesn't "have it" any more. He's getting pretty old, and I sure would like to get some offspring from him.

dak, thank you. These beauties came from WestKnollAmy. I'm sure its no surprise, since she has such awesome birds. They are as sweet as they are pretty.
gumbii, thank you. I'm always adding on to my coops and runs. Thats how the thumbnail got its coloring. hahhahah funny now, not then.

As a breeder I can say that you are not as likely to find good birds available in the spring. If I winter them over I am probably using them as breeders. I charge a premium for birds that I have to winter over. Many good birds will be sold at crossroads this year. If you are really interested in quality birds per SOP I would suggest consider buying them when you find them.
