I am so looking for a frizzle or two :) I have two blue cochin babies now, from McMurray - they are 13 days old - cute as they can be, and such sweet sweet babies. Im totally hooked..

A little calico pullet has been sitting on 6 eggs; 3 of them her's and 3 from my Blue Mottle girl. The Calico must have layed only 6 eggs before she went broody. I took the first few but she was determined to sit so I let her keep a few and added the other 3.

If I wanted good Cochins I would go to the show at Bloomington April 14. It is a Cochin International District meet. Should have a good turnout of Cochins

Oh my gosh, I am so new to this, I didnt even know Bloomington hosted things like this.. I will look like a complete newbie there, but that sounds like so much fun! Do they sell chicks at these events?

You never know who will bring what to a show. It is also a great opportunity to look at good Cochins.
