cockatiel with head twitching

hi everyone,
my year old cockatiel has been twitching her head/shaking her head an awful lot. she's also a little fluffed up. she still has a great appetite. any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hi, I was told that it could be a seed stuck in sinius? It will work its way out? I hope that is all it is for your bird, it could be alot of scarey stuff the more you search the scareier it gets.
