Cockeral or pullet??

I have 4 I believed hens that have been together since birth. I have been noticing there tails on the brown ones and there feathers

just not sure.... Any ideas if the brown ones are cockerals or pullets?? The breed they are might be hard to tell. Thanks ❤❤
