This makes me more certain it's going to be a rooster. There are a few shiney new hackle feathers on the neck, it's still too young to grow the saddle feathers yet. but I'm pretty sure those are hackle feathers unless my eyes are playing tricks on me

You see shiny feathers on the white one? I am not seeing what you're seeing.
