I need to start saving bacon grease. I usually cook bacon on paper towels in the microwave so there is no grease to pour off.

If you use parchment paper it is very easy to save the bacon grease.

That is what I do.

Good morning we have a huge cast iron skillet we cook bacon in.
Have a small mason jar in the fridge.
I did bring another pot of coffee.
Crap actually typed this yesterday morning all!
