Ohhhhhhhh, may I ask for that recipe, when time is on your side?
I want to try my hand at a "trusted hash recipe" and not blindly from a website... It's honestly been a good 2 decades plus since I've made any....

Turkey Hash

Turkey
Potatoes
Onion, one chopped (diced)
Celery, three stalks chopped (diced)
Sage, to taste
Turkey Broth enough to have good flavor
Salt , to taste
Pepper, to taste

Use equal parts turkey and potatoes. Saute the onions and celery in butter, add sage and turkey broth. Add a small amount of flour to make a rue to hold everything together. Add turkey and potatoes, then salt and pepper to taste.

This is a meal my mother used to make when I was a child.

I have a friend that has a flower farm and she spends a week before thanksgiving until a week before Christmas eve making and selling fancy wreaths. She lets me come over and make a wreath, which I give away to a local 90 year old couple every year.

How special!
