Coffee, tea, water and chocolate donuts this a.m
Granddaughter here, bacon and blueberry waffles for breakfast later. Chicken noodle soup for lunch/supper.

Ma was fussy but Grandma was no slouch we would attack the farmhouse together singing gospel along the way all hardwood floors there .. I try to keep it clean but a bit more slack have the dyson that makes it all prettty easy

Roomba here, I absolutely love that thing. It sent me a text "help, I'm trapped in a cave" I had to go find it. Under bed, with wheel tangled in blanket. Very thorough. It cleans. Floors, carpet everything

If you have a dog (or several), I think you get a bit of latitude on the housecleaning. If not, just hang with dog owners. They understand. That or demand that your friends take their shoes and glasses off when they enter the house. They'll think you cleaned but won't be able to tell.

Love our Roomba. It's like a little drunk robot. We have the little towers at the doorways that prevents it from wandering where it shouldn't, but occasionally those batteries run out. Then it's usually far under a sofa or bed where it has choked out.
