Hope you heal quickly!

My MIL got bopped hard on the nose by on of her dogs while playing with them. She went to the doc, and he asked her several times how it happened. He didn't believe it was the dog, no matter how many times she said it was.
One time, I was asleep in the recliner and DH was asleep in the bedroom. I heard him suddenly coughing and struggling to get a breath. I jumped up and ran toward the bedroom, tripped on the dining room carpet edge and hit full force into the door frame with my face and chest. I cut my eye brow, blacked my eye, had a boob that looked like an eggplant. DH was fine. Next day at work, I got so many concerned questions about my home situation and a case worker sat me down for an intervention. DH was 6'5 and I am 5'2. He was the most gentle giant, we laughed about it for years.

Morning ya'll. Coffee is on and cinnamon toast ready.
Got a lot done outside yesterday, so today is a house cleaning day-expecially since it is raining outside. Feeling much better today, maybe yesterday was just a touch of allergy- who knows. Came across a sewing project I started a year ago- making a vacuum cleaner cover- maybe I will finish it this afternoon, just needs about an hour of concerted effort to finish.

Good morning Club slept late agian. I think damage anywhere on the body makes us more tired.
Just something odd about drinking coffee from a straw
My old traveling partner the Circus Man had Parkinsons and used to drink his coffee through a straw. Always kept straws in my glove compartment. One time he knocked the lid off his cup got to flailing around and spread coffee all over the cab of my truck. He couldn't believe that I laughed instead of getting upset. Miserable as he got to be, I still miss him. :(
