Just got back from a great vacation in Maine with my whole family. It was great to have us all together there again. Now it’s back to normal life.

You need a good sleep routine, I do: no caffeine after 4 pm, shut off all electronics, so no screen time 1 hour before sleep, I read for about 30 minutes and then put on a sleep mask to make it pitch black, and then I fall asleep in a few minutes. Some say sniffing lavender oil before sleep really helps also. Its a good routine that seems to work well for me.
My Wife does Yoga and reads before bed and she swears by that.
I like staying up late.
