Chicks - so glad you had a good Christmas! I know what you mean about the extra pounds.
Last year there was a good thread running for most of the year with folk trying to lose weight. I was thinking of trying to start it up again come Jan 1st. I need to be at loosing weight again OMG - the scales are tellng me "one at a time please!!!"

MAth-ace glad you got a good restful day. I didn;t cook anything as DH always does that for us on Christmas day. SO I got some peace as well. Everyone got on grand and we had a very good day here.

Chicks - I got a few gifts I didn't know I wanted until they arrived - like a Rooster door bell! How cool is that!!!!!!!!!! I love costume Jewlery too - nothing wrong with fake diamonds. I am forever losing the real ones out of my engagement ring! Just resently a Jewlers here got caught for replacing real stones for fake ones I would think the amount of times my ring has gone back to the store I would be lucky if even one of the diamonds is real now and lets face it who bothers to check anyhow???? No one ever grabed my hand and started looking at my ring with a magnifier!!!! Just enjoy and if you lose one its not going to be so bad is it!!!

Good morning chicken wranglers
Coffee is good today,Friday.Lots of weekend work for me, All the customers want their stuff done and billed by the end of the year.What a work load.Sissy real diamonds how grand!Well a furr lined hat is better anyway!Oesdog a rooster door bell sahwheat.
Math, rest is its own reward,If you had grandkids and children that are same age, as I do you would appreciate it more I think.
Kate and the kids are over for the weekend again tonight and Deb is already figuring ways to thwart her from leaving the kids with us and galavanting off child free whilst we are encumbered with her and ours.
Well "O" ,m Deb and I Have been on the workout schedule regularly every day since mon,hope it holds out. I know I gained 30#'s last year ,clear up to 200 and sumthin.
Well if I can just get back to 190 I'll be happy!

I don't know if the old one is open or not,but it would be interesting to see if anyone was sucsessfull.I think you are right aboput a new one because it is a new year and we would not want to taint it with last years failure,on my part anyway.
I had to go in for heart physicals last year and I was embarressed on the scale.I also had an ultrasound that was done bare chested, and administered by a young lady it was kinda embaressing also.Ipretended that I did not feel embarressed though."kinda like I pretend I am not fat".

Nothing more embaressing!!!! as for the crowd- would have made a fortune selling tickets at the twins birth!!!!
