Cold eggs

Cooking an egg through renders all bacteria harmless, including salmonella, so you can eat all of these eggs.

Frozen/nearly frozen eggs will have a funny texture and cracked eggs could have bacteria let in them so use these eggs for baking or other dishes that cook the eggs extremely well and they'll be fine.

I have even ate the cracked ones the same day.
Likewise. I collected 3 eggs last week that froze and cracked. 20190121_094847.jpg . Membrane did not break. In 15 minutes at room temperature the cracks disappeared 20190121_100323.jpg and I fried and ate them for breakfast about an hour later. 20190121_105121.jpg . The eggs were clean. If an egg is dirty or membrane is broken, I won't eat.
I also eat cracked eggs first.
It was 7 below zero Fahrenheit at 5am when I opened coop and still below zero when I found them around 9am.
So these Pullet eggs (small) froze in under 4 hours. GC
