Several people think its some kind of petrified plant. I found it in a coal seam.I'm not sure but it kind of looks like there was a different mineral in the areas that are indented. It's possible that it was in water and that mineral was softer so it washed away more quickly than the rest. Giving it the dimpled appearance.

I'm not sure I have anything worth ttrading for but I will definitely send you a box of rocks & wood. I know we have granite, jasper, feldspar, agate, and marble but I can't tell one from another.
