That's a great find! It almost looks fake because the imprint is so clean lol.

Something we do when we go boating is hunt geodes. We find alot of them.

My guess would be a Cephilopod or Connularids maybe. I usually get help to identify fossils. So many of them look similar to me. Lol

I'm not sure but it kind of looks like there was a different mineral in the areas that are indented. It's possible that it was in water and that mineral was softer so it washed away more quickly than the rest. Giving it the dimpled appearance.

Several people think its some kind of petrified plant. I found it in a coal seam.

I'm not sure I have anything worth ttrading for but I will definitely send you a box of rocks & wood. I know we have granite, jasper, feldspar, agate, and marble but I can't tell one from another. Lol. We have several of these natural "rock beds".

And tons of this. I think it may be feldspar but I'm not sure.

And agate?
