Columbian silkies?

Hmmm, how can you know if it is columbian on a showgirl (since their necks are bare)

I am waiting for pics but I was told they have the makings on their wings and tails. I will have to breed them and see if it will breed true. They are bowties so half of the offspring should be silkies under a silkie roo. I gues I should call the showgirls black tailed white mutts to be safe!

They will be my new favorite experiment! Muhahaha!

Well, if they came from the same breeder, likely they are carrying similar genes, although since they have not been bred for colour/pattern, the chances of purity in the gene-set is not anything you can anticipate. Mostly I was pulling your leg. Maybe if there are stripings on the neck skin?

LOL! That would be too funny! Now I am going to be inspecting wrinkly naked necks for a collar! Maybe I can tattoo one on if they don't have it!

One question I have for anyone out there with these popping up...what pens are they coming from? I have heard a few people getting them who are trying to breed lav splits or porcelains, as well as them cropping up out of grey pens. Also one breeder is getting them from white to white. Anyone out there hatching these?
