hi everyone ,,i need to know the name of columbian ? where the name come from ?

I think the Colombian Rock is a colour of the Plymouth Rock, they remind me of a Light Sussex. Colombian is a colour in other breeds as well.
I don't know where the name comes from, maybe the person who founded the breed?
