How many eggs will commercial chicken breeds lay after the prescribed 80 weeks?
Breeds like Hyline silver browns and lohmann browns

They have an 85% lay rate from 18 to 80 weeks. Will they produce 80% of the amount of eggs laid in the first year in the second year, that is commonly said for normal chickens, or do they produce much less than that. I'm asking because I want to know whether to keep them or give them away

Only time will tell.
If production is that important, you should be getting new birds yearly and culling the older ones.
