Thanks Beth and CBS. It already looks better this morning after being cleaned out.

Hey, Sam.. Is each 4H-er responsible for making sure that their chicken has feed and water all day or is there someone assigned to do that for all the birds? We can't be there on Saturday due to other commitments and Sunday we have church in the morning. I don't want my girls to die of hunger and thirst when we aren't there.

We did take a picture of a little lamb and emailed it to my wife with the caption "say hello to Eunice, get your knitting needles out". She called me back within a minute telling me she was moving out and would be gone by the time we got home. Some people have no sense of humor..................​

None of these are the case with me but I still got a chicken with BF this year and we lost her to it despite doing the surgery and having her on antibiotics. I believe you are responsible for it, although I can do it if you show me where you leave your food and water and the bird(s) location
