Incendia was about to say something when she noticed a tree was smoking. She soared over to put out the fire when she realized a phoenix might have started it. "Hello?" she called.

"So um..." Dapple started when he saw the plume of smoke, "Is something on fire?!"

Aithne froze, trying to stay invisible to the other phoenix, although she knew that was pointless. Her bright orange plumage would definitely stand out. She sighed, and asked "Yes?"

Crystal looked up. "looks like something is..." she said nervously. "should we go check it out?" she asked.

Incendia let out a half sigh half groan. "Well I suppose you've found the meeting place of Consenia's council."

Dapple nodded, "I'm going."

Aithne bit back a sarcastic retort. She knew what would happen when you challenged your elders. She had the scar to prove it.

"Yeah, was this supposed to be 'secret?'" She asked.

"I'll come too." crystal said, fluttering her wings.
