Never done pheasants, just chicken, turkey, and now, duck. Always wanted to try quail, but don't know where I'd put them. Those gorgeous little eggs just look so pretty! It's addicting!
Just checked CL for a bator, and nothing interesting.

I'm hatching a batch today and have an incubator that will be empty in a few hours. I can set up to 40 in there and have done this for many others. Let me know within a day or two, though, so I don't fill it up! I usually just say throw what you think is fair at me, because the power isn't free. I'm in East Lawrence, closer to the South side.

Can any one tell me. If my chicken laid an Egg today and I wanted to sell said egg what would the Expiration date for that egg be? or just tell what the rule of thumb on the freshness would be?

Eggs last a looooong time, especially if refrigerated and unwashed (bloom left on) There is at least one really good thread on here by someone who did and experiment. I'd say your eggs should be good for at least 45 days. Probably best if sold by a week old, though.
