Oh Just wait . I just got a phone call that my White Mandarin Ducks just hatched

and a new hen Ring teal for my Drake as well as a pair of wood ducks. She said It might be a few week before the Tree ducks hatch

Now I have to really get cracking on the duck aviary

this will be fun

I also go to pick up my Lady Amhersts Next week mine new pheasant pen should be done this week end I hope an she said they are laying eggs like crazy now . she has hatched out 9 already. sad part is the hen will stop laying as soon as she is moved

Oh my goodness!! Just had my first salad from the garden. Fresh baby spinach, arguable, and snipped butter crunch and romaine with several green onions and a few radishes. Five stalks of asparagus and some cheap turkey bacon. You know one of the best after math’s of a great garden salad is when you belch and get the green onion flavor again. I know its baboonery but its just so awesome. Just paid for most of the salad seeds.

I just cant wait until its hot olive oil, squash, peppers, onions, egg plant, and herbs! Cucumbers and onions vinegar and sugar. Salt and pepper and well this is the best time of the year. On top of that my Mock orange is in bloom! Strategically placed in the yard; don’t you just love spring????

I guess its not chickens or poultry and maybe I should post elsewhere but then you wouldnt be jellous!!!

And here I am trying to figure out where to put my garden since the chickens are going to be taking up the previous space. The only thing i have going is sweet corn. The guy I share crop my land to planted a bunch of sweet corn next to the field corn. I haven't even bought a tomato plant yet!

I have to plant my veggies in the ground I put anything in a pot and i kill it. I have tried every kind of plant and nothing stays alive I plant my garden and it goes crazy I have lettuce and spinach about ready to pick and all the other plants are growing. I enlarged my garden this year.
