Convince me what the best breed is!

So I've been thinking about adding to our current flock of 6 hens and a roo, but not sure what breeds to choose! Tell me your fav chicken breed (preferably not a bantam) and maybe a little bit about the pros and cons! We currently have:

2 White Cochins
2 Easter Eggers
1 Golden Laced Wyandotte (Roo)
1 Egyptian Fayoumi
1 Barred Plymouth Rock
Speckled Sussex- mine so full of personality

We actually did get a welsummer but she died at three weeks old from mareks despite being vaccinated.....We do want another one though!
Two of my four welsummers died of mereks also, despite being vaccinated. I wonder if perhaps they don't have the best immune system or vaccines are just not as effective on them. I currently have easter eggers, golden laced wyandottes, welsummers, and red commets (not including my new chicks). My two remaining welsummers are very stuck up. They have never liked being picked up or petted. Though the ones that died were both very sweet and loved being cuddled. (The one in my pic is Junebug, a welsummer and my favorite hen, who died of Mereks). One of my wyandottes loves to be in my lap and get cuddled. They other two, never. Both of my red comets are just like the welsummers, very standoffish and won't let me touch them. My favorites by far are the easter eggers. They have the best personalities, are so very funny, and they are the sweetest and tamest of all my chickens. I have one that never fails to jump up on anyone's lap, even strangers. I have another that has moved in with my broody duck and is attempting to hatch a clutch of duck eggs. I will never have a flock that doesn't have easter eggers.

My favorite chicken breed right now would be New Hampshire, got some from a farm store, so they are production type. Good natured, friendly hens that lay a lot of large brown eggs, Occasionally, there can be an individual to go broody.
I also like Black Australorps. They are easy going, good layers of large light brown eggs.
If you want a hen that will be likely to go broody an Orpington is hard to beat. They lay moderately well, are usually very calm and easy to work with, even when broody.

My personal favorite is the Bielefelder. A large breed, ultra friendly, super quiet, lap chicken, dual purpose bird. roos are gorgeous and very docile. My biels are now 7 weeks old. the cockerel is a mammas boy and ,so far, enjoys a little cuddle and scratch under the wings.
