If I were to guess.... Arizona is dry desert in most places... a lot of the rest of the country is used for farming and pesticides are to blame...but that's my guess only.

Farris Oklahoma~ Approx 3 miles square nestled between Atoka and Antlers (the deep capital of the world) Oklahoma.

We are the home of McGee Creek State Park which is the number one bass lake in Oklahoma. We have one mom and pop tiny gas station/store and a school that goes up to the 8th grade. Other than that...we are surrounded by miles and miles of acreage with farms and cattle.

It was reported by the CDC according to their state surveys. Everyone has an opinion on why it's the lowest, but nobody really knows. All theories, just like most other things are when it comes to cancer. Wish I could say I was part of the great stats but I've been diagnosed with 3 different cancers. They say even though we have the lowest rate, we have the most deadly outcomes since it's often dx'd late stage. . . which I'm thinking a lot of that late stage dx might be due to the undiagnosed elderly and others that flock here from colder states and finally get dx'd here.
