I'm concerned that my roosts are to high up near the vent window and will cause issues come winter I live in New England. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. And also is this enough ventilation?

Yes only vent. Can that be bought at homedepo? Is that the only vent?
An awning style cover would probably be the best choice since you could partially shut it against wind and blown rain/snow.
You can just make awnings out of some scrap wood. Think of a shutter that hinges at the top of the window. Now think of it propped open. That way, rain would hit the awning, but air could still vent under.Yes only vent. Can that be bought at homedepo?
Ok perfect thank you. I thinking about trying to move them lower. Should I leave it there for now for the summer or just move as soon as possible? You can just make awnings out of some scrap wood. You might try to add ventilation higher up on the coop or moving your roost lower.
Ok awesome thank youFor summer it shouldn't be an issue, and if it gets hot where you're at they might enjoy having the vent right there through summer.
X2 @rosemarythymeFor summer it shouldn't be an issue, and if it gets hot where you're at they might enjoy having the vent right there through summer.
