They make a ton of money and could take more time off. I’m not trying to be a bad sport, but shouldn’t their customers mean EVERYTHING to them because without them Disney would be nothing.

I feel terrible for the Disney employees. No choice to if or want to go back to work. The majority under our failed (and our state pays the lowest for unemployment benefits ) haven’t even gotten a cent yet.

Shouldn’t their employees mean just as much as customers? They’re the ones who are supporting the business, their crazy rules they have for their poor employees, and terrible working conditions for their characters (I’ve known Disney actors and actresses characters...and many people who have or do work with In the park).

Health and safety over everything should be the current rhetoric right now. But it really isn’t.

We rented a beach house. We don’t even have to leave if we don’t want to. It has an outdoor private pool and hot tub and it’s own dock that goes into the sound.

That sounds amazing!!!! Can I come with!?

Had to reach age 7 with something classified as an innocent murmur. They had to hear it still this year and no surprise they did.

I’ve seen some videos of people sexually harassing characters and stuff or just being jerks and the poor employees can’t say or do anything cause they’ll get fired.

People think it’s okay to treat them like that because they just see them as objects or as the characters they’re portraying rather than as people. It is so disgusting and ridiculous.

Usually it’s grown ass “adults” behaving this way too.

Yeah exactly!!! It seems so stupid and dangerous to me. But I guess people want to have some sense of normalcy or fun or whatever but like.... go to an empty beach or national park if you want a vacation.

I go to the most secluded non drive on beach close to me.
Im a quick 40 minute drive from the best beaches in central Florida.
We pack the children, the umbrella, surf board, snacks and lunch (maybe a few beers...don’t tell any one ) and spend the day.

Camping sites are completely booked. No surprise though. They said for the rest of the month they were 100% booked for the first time in years.

Surfing has always fascinated me but I don’t think I could ever try it.... too afraid of sharks. also too uncoordinated.

I go to a beach between south Daytona and ponce inlet. Showers. Bathroom. Lifeguard stand. Beach parking but no beach driving.

Most people flock to new symerna, cocoa beach and Daytona (as you’ve seen on the news).

That stretch of beach you basically see dolphins which will keep sharks away. No crazy inlet for the sharks to get stuck in.

Also, very clear water compared to other parts of east coast Florida.

I’ve never seen a shark on that beach. But, In Anna Maria island and holmes beach on the west coast. So frequently. It was scary.
