Whenever I have an excess of zukes, I chop them very tiny, or shred them, and hide it something else. Soup, egg casserole, rice stir fry, zucchini bread, muffins, pancakes...
Guessing zucchini noodles aren't your thing? If the fam likes zuke it's not half bad with spaghetti sauce.

Yeah, zucchini leaves are vicious non-vining monsters. Prickly prickly prickly!

Ok then my other in a bucket must be cukes I don’t know lol. Think they packaged my seeds wrong.

It’s a cucumber I though zucchini but I planted cucumbers. It’s not vining either. It’s a bush cucumber

I have a mixed flock of EE, RIR, NHR. 7& Brown leghorns, Polish roo, Buff O roo, Cochin roo, No hatches this year. I had a broody with many eggs, but I moved her and she lost interest,

I have three bantams, one is a splash hen, Cochin hen, and the other is an Old English roo who never learns when to stops crowing. Then I have my one NHR hen who towers over them all.
I had a broody as well, but the eggs were no good.

Sliced in circles and "sweated" with a little salt - lined up on a jelly-roll tray and doused with good olive oil and a ton of garlic ... then roasted until it's soft and the edges are brown... Italian Heaven!

I just noticed it in the garden. I’m not sure how long it’s been there. How long should I let them get?

I might shred it in sushi bowls. Maybe I’ll try it tomorrow.
