Chest xray. She heard a slight wheeze and thinks I might have asthma. She said she'd have the results that night and let me know. Never called.

Did you get a call? My hubby just got pur on another BP medicine. It is making him woozy.

The company got back to him. He is to stay home for a week with no pay.

The dispatcher who took the call and did not do his/her job of asking about covid in the people in the home - no consequences of any kind.

None for the customers either, of course

How unfair is that. A week off without pay? That can’t be legal because he was exposed at work. What state?

Nope no call. My only complaint about this medicine is that for 2 hours after taking it my hands sweat. Then I'm cool as a cucumber. I'm gonna bring it up to her though. If I dont hear anything this week I'm calling.

Just saw an interesting Twilight Zone. A homely girl was being convinced by her mother to undergo "the transformation". Supposedly it prolonged life and made you "pretty". She didnt want it and ultimately it was forced on her and she lived the rest of her life being narcissistic. I thought it kinda applied if you think about it

Don't panic, check his BP and heart rate if you are able. (PM me if you don't know the parameters.) The initial dose may have hit him hard and it will level out.

My doctor said that sometimes new medicine your body doesnt know what to do with it so it throws things out of wack for a bit. Then it levels out. My doc put me on a water pill initially to treat my hbp and for the first couple of days I had to pee like a race horse. Now its ok.

FINALLY SOME GOOD NEWS!!!! My doctor called. EKG, good, Echo, good, chest xray, good. Everything came back NORMAL. Thank freaking God. I told her about the sweaty palms and she said shed look into it and get back to me tomorrow. I feel so much better.

Thank God for that. Also the grandpa at my work has recovered from Covid and pneumonia now. He is no longer on oxygen. He's just a tad depressed from being cooped up.
